Ruth joined chambers in 2006 after 8 years working in both public and private practise as a fully qualified solicitor. As a solicitor Ruth represented parents, guardians and most recently social services in all areas of public and private law. Ruth spent the last 6 years working in the Child Care and Education Department of a large Local Authority as their senior advocate. Since joining chambers Ruth has continued representing parents, guardians and local authorities in all areas of private and public family law.
