Introduction

Richard is an established family law specialist with a particular focus on children law. He appears in the Family Court, High Court and the Court of Appeal.

In public law children work Richard acts on behalf of children, local authorities, parents and other family members. Recent work includes complex medical fact-finding, FGM and international abduction cases.

Richard represents parents in complex private law children work with a particular emphasis on domestic and international relocation cases.

Richard accepts direct access work in appropriate cases.

Richard also sits as a Children’s Arbitrator.
