Introduction

Philippa has been qualified for 16 years but worked as a paralegal prior to qualifying.  She was an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel since 2012.

She undertakes both Public and Private Children Matters and has represented both parents, Children through their Guardian and competent children directly.

She has dealt with complex cases involving NAI, Sexual Abuse, Deprivation of Liberty and Domestic Abuse.

Philippa has provided training to CAFCASS, Kent Police, Kent County Council and Special Foster Carers on issues of Joint Investigation, Court Skills and Acting as an Appropriate Adult.
