Max represents both private and social landlords in possession, rent arrears, and disrepair claims. He also represents parties in private prosecution and defence of Environmental Protection Act prosecutions.
Max regularly advises on liability and quantum in a range of residential property matters including disrepair cases and section 21 notices.
Max accepts instructions for both employers and employees in cases involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, and unpaid wages.
Max has been instructed to assist the GLD with disclosure, including assisting on the Grenfell Inquiry.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Max was a professional event rider and was selected for the Olympic Equine Pathway Squad. He continues to compete at an international standard as a hobby.
