Introduction

Lydia specialises in all aspects of public law proceedings, with a particular focus on complex care proceedings involving allegations of serious non accidental injury, sexual abuse, fabricated and induced illness and other serious allegations.

Lydia predominately represents parents, children, intervenors and extended family, many of whom are vulnerable parties.

Private Law

Lydia represents parties in private law disputes, many of which concern serious allegations.
